Shipping Policy

To minimize CO2 emissions during shipping, we ship our Shroomifier directly from our manufacturing facility to your location.

While this approach may result in slightly longer delivery times, it helps reduce our carbon footprint. By avoiding additional fulfillment centers, we prevent approximately 24kg of CO2 from being released into the atmosphere.

Please note that, as our Shroomifier undergo hand inspection, there is an estimated assembly and processing time of 2-3 business days.

 

When will my order ship out?

• All orders are processed and designed within 2-3 business days.
• Following the design process, your order will be dispatched, with shipping times as indicated above.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
• You can track your order using the provided tracking number on our website.

• If your order experiences delays in tracking updates, it's typically due to a courier error. Rest assured, your order is likely to be delivered within the specified shipping times.
